Nobody wants you to be relevant. Relevant means someone else got there first and now I'm trying to connect. To keep up.
I'm not saying avoid connection and relationship or avoid meeting people where they are on their journey. I'm talking about providing direction.
People are asking these questions. Whats Real? Whats Authentic? Whats New? What sets this apart?
We should be moving away from Standardization and moving toward Different. Instead of striving to be relevant to the world around you, wouldn't it be great if the world was saying "There is something exciting going on. We need to catch up to that leadership." Its a complete shift in perspective.
Stop being relevant and start leading the way.
