Scheduled "creative time" is a joke.
You can't be creative on the spot. That is not how it works. It simply happens in a moment and then it is gone. To ignore a moment of creative "flow" is to loose it all together.
You can't train someone to be creative. To create. Sure, you can develop habitats more conducive to creativity, but it won't make you creative. Just more likely to take advantage of creative moments.
Creativity isn't learned. It's unleashed.
